About Me
I work at the intersection of Data Management and Programs Implementation. Over the years, I have supported public health and humanitarian initiatives across HIV, tuberculosis, and maternal and newborn health, helping teams strengthen systems and use information to guide action.
My experience spans monitoring, evaluation, and learning, performance management, and digital data systems. I have led and supported the design of reporting structures, dashboards, and data collection processes that improve accountability, coordination, and decision making.
Beyond technical delivery, I collaborate with diverse teams, facilitate learning sessions, and provide strategic guidance that builds confidence in data use. I am committed to growing capacity, strengthening institutions, and enabling evidence-informed decisions that translate into real world impact.

Led a hands-on Power BI training for the National AIDS and STDs Control Program team, covering data transformation, DAX functions, interactive dashboards, and data storytelling for HIV program analytics.
Presented at the launch of NAWS, a web platform by PHIS3 and FMOH/PEPFAR, sharing strategies on chart selection, color storytelling, and audience engagement through data narratives.
Completed intensive DHIS2 training on event-based and longitudinal tracking systems, gaining expertise in program configuration, rules, indicators, and analytics dashboards.
Built an analytical project in R exploring historical hospital mortality records to quantify the impact of handwashing on reducing maternal deaths, using ggplot2 for trend visualization.
